With energy, pride, and a spirit of creativity, B-Honey traveled to Paris to participate in the international Gourmet Selection 2025 exhibition, showcasing Greek innovation in the world of fine gastronomy.

Held on September 21–22, the exhibition brought together 360 exhibitors and over 5,000 industry professionals. It was a vibrant two-day celebration of taste, storytelling, and meaningful connections. B-Honey was honored to present the “Energy Bomb” through the group pavilion of the Region of Central Macedonia, introducing our product to an audience that values authenticity, quality, and inspiration.

The “Energy Bomb” stole the show! A wide range of professionals — retailers, chefs, delicatessen buyers — stopped by our booth, tasted the product, and described it as original, delicious, high-quality, and truly authentic. Its flavor is bold and balanced: propolis adds depth and a subtle bitterness, pollen brings earthy texture and freshness, and royal jelly offers a delicate creamy note that gently coats the palate. All of this is harmonized by the richness of honey, creating a tasting experience unlike anything else on the market.

Beyond taste, the “Energy Bomb” offers a powerful blend of natural benefits:

The prospect of collaborating with such high-end establishments fills us with excitement and responsibility — and affirms that Greek apitherapy has a place on the global culinary stage.

We were also thrilled by the response from journalists representing leading gastronomy magazines in France and abroad. Several expressed interest in featuring the “Energy Bomb” in upcoming issues and editorials, recognizing its scientific foundation, sensory appeal, and innovative approach to wellness through taste.

Our presence at Gourmet Selection was more than just participation — it was a statement: that Greek nature, science, and tradition can come together in a product that speaks internationally.
